  Thank you for contacting your World of Tanks customer support team regarding this teamkill issue. We understand how frustrating this situation can be.

  The game currently has an automated system that tracks team kills and all forms of team damage in place. Players who accumulate these violations will get banned automatically by the game. As frustrating as the situation is, we always advise our players not to retaliate, just be assured that players who team kill (or team damage) will be punished accordingly by the automated team kill system.

  Don’t hesitate to report any harassment that is not addressed by the automatic team kill system, such as insults, tank blocking and leaching. Any screenshots or replay you can provide us would help us a lot.
