  A doboz 20x15x5cm, súlya 0.5kg alatt van szerintem.

  Közben gondoltam írok a francia Amazon supportnak angolul, a kis chatbot egyből válaszolt is, hogy angolul nincs chat, de létezik egy english@amazon.fr oldal, oda lehet írni. Ennek analógiájára azt mondanám, ha valaki rendel német, spanyol, olasz... Amazonról és bármi gondja lesz, akkor azon országhoz is jó esélyel lesz angol support.

  Általában mindig a "kiskaput" keresem (az ő oldalukről nézve), ha valami support/hivatalos ügyben van levelezés, most se igazán mondták ki, hogy igen visszaadjuk a pénzt, csak hogy "we can help you with the return shipping cost".
