    "Second, Adobe's License Transfer Policy now requires sellers to fill out a Transfer of License application (available on the company's website), where the seller must provide the product name, platform and serial number, along with the seller's name, address, email, signature and a case number the seller must obtain first from Adobe Customer Service.
