  Na, ma újabb levél:

  Thank you for contacting SamKnows about your SamKnows Whitebox.

  Having checked our system, your SamKnows Whitebox is still not reporting.

  If you are currently connected and your see the far right LED on the SamKnows Whitebox flashing this would indicate an issue with installation. Can you confirm your set up is:

  Modem > Router > Whitebox > Wired devices

  The Whitebox needs to be connected after the router. Some users plug the Whitebox between modem and router which is known to cause problems because the Whitebox needs to obtain an IP address via DHCP from the home router.

  Lehet, hogy én emléxem rosszul, de eddig pont az volt a kérés, hogy közvetlen a modemre kapcsoljam, és a home routert a LAN portra.
  Ez meg egészen mást mond (plusz az install instructions fixed.pdf továbbra is azt a felállást mutatja...)
