    On 11th December 2018 you were kindly asked for first time to return an amount
    without delay which was previously transferred to you by mistake.
    Since then my request hasn't been fulfiled and instead of my money I only
    got responses that are utter nonsense.
    I am a new client and I wonder if I can take your company seriously after
    a customer is being treated a way like this.
    As a last resort I am contemplating of reporting the case to the police.
    Please, instead of sending me sample messages and asking back gratuitously
    just fix my problem promptly. All of the required information can be found attached.
    It is also expected to send me a verification regarding the launch of the
    transaction.
    The verification of my prior transaction and my first letter related to this
    issue also can be found enclosed.
