  Sziasztok!

  Van egy vitás ügyem a Tomtop-al. Már a Paypal-nál tart az ügy. Az előbb jött egy levél a Paypaltól, hogy küldjem vissza a terméket és akkor visszatérítik a termék árát.
  Vajon itt is igénybe lehet venni a return shipping refundot? Mert erről nem szól a levél és az istennek sem találok lehetőséget, hogy erre rákérdezzek.

  Itt a levél visszaküldésre vonatkozó része:

  "Provide online shipment tracking information in the Resolution Center before 27 October 2017. The returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it and you are responsible for any costs associated with the return."

  és ez:

  To receive your refund, we need to confirm that the merchandise was delivered to your seller. To do this, you'll need to use a method of shipping that can provide online tracking information. Please confirm that the shipping company you use can provide online tracking.   Once we have confirmed your seller has received the merchandise, we will issue your refund. The refund amount should reflect in your PayPal balance within 5 business days, if not sooner. If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your credit card. Please note, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.

  Remember, you need to ship the merchandise and provide online tracking information in the Resolution Center before 27 October 2017. You can also cancel this claim at any time in the Resolution Center. If we don’t hear from you before the deadline, the case will be closed and you will not receive your refund."

  Ja, csak azért rugózok rajta, mert nem szeretném többért visszaküldeni, mint amennyibe került a sz*r, amit küldtek.
