    Rebők, I have checked and reviewed this transaction. I tried to go over the process of opening a case for this transaction. That's when I get the error:

    " We're sorry there's a problem with this purchase. Unfortunately, PayPal reports that we can't open a case for this item. You can try to work out this problem by contacting the seller. "

    This error message could mean a couple of reasons. Below are some of the reasons why you get this error:

    * The seller may have refunded your payment directly through PayPal.

    * You may have reported this matter to PayPal already and they have an open dispute for this transaction.

    * You may have filed a charge back on your credit card or bank account, so PayPal is holding your payment and not allowing us to open a case.

    There are a lot of possible reasons, but I am not able to pinpoint what exact reason it is since I don't have access to your PayPal account. Your PayPal account is confidential and only PayPal trained Customer Service Representative can access your account. The best thing that you need to do now is to get in touch with PayPal so they can investigate this transaction and what actions they have taken already.

    Although we're always happy to help you in any way we can, your PayPal account information is confidential, which means we don't have access to it.
