    Ilyet találtam:
Hi guys, thank you for your replies! My problem is just solved.
Yes, it is the synchronous spacewarp (SSW) that cuts off my fps from 72 to 36 when pc cannot stably reach 72 fps. But it’s not SSW by oculus, it’s SSW set by virtual desktop (the streaming software).
The 72 fps cap is also set by virtual desktop. I changed the setting, and now it can reach 90 fps.
    Additional note:
I found out anti-aliasing is costing crazy amount of gpu usage. Changing from disable to x4 anti-aliasing can cause my gpu usage go from 50% to above 90%. I tried to disable it, and my pc can reach full 72 fps all the time even with mirror on. 90 fps can be a bit difficult with mirrors in a few poorly optimized heavy scenery worlds but it’s totally reachable with mirrors in normal chill worlds.
I rarely notice a difference when anti-aliasing is turned off, unless I stare carefully to the edge of objects; and putting x2 anti-aliasing is enough to eliminate all aliasing that my eye can notice.
So, if you are not satisfied with fps in VRChat, you can turn off antialiasing, or lower it to x2 instead of x4

Ez alapján a VD-ben kapcsold ki az ssW-t és megszűnik ez a korlát.
