    En az alabbi modon csinaltam. (volna)
    De mar 1 oraja megy a dolog es olyan mintha semmi nem tortenne. (a kocsi meg jaro motorral all az udvaron kozben)
    A terkepes kiserlet elott a szoftver update kb 15 perc alatt megvolt.
    Most leformatalok egy masik pendrivet exfat-ra es arrol is megprobalom mivel a gyari leirasban azt a formatumot emlitik.

    1. "Sync 3" -> Unpack the contents onto a newly formatted USB stick
    1.1 Download this Files and save them into the "SyncMyRide" folder:

    1.2 Rename these Files
    JR3T-14G421-BD_1545317091000.TAR.GZ => JR3T-14G421-BD.TAR.GZ
    JR3T-14G424-BD_1545150120000.TAR.GZ => JR3T-14G424-BD.TAR.GZ
    2. Radio on -> Insert USB Stick -> Wait until the "OK" message will show up
    3. Pull out the USB stick -> Reboot

    Remarks:
    - NTFS and FAT32 will work
    - Time depends on the USB speed and the packages you want to install
    - As long as everything runs smoothly, a "System Updates" message will be displayed
    - The radio should not go off during the process, so it is recommended to Flash it while driving
    - Otherwise do not turn off the ignition or open the doors, because otherwise the radio will turn off, everyone knows when this is the case
