Sziasztok!
Feltettem az Ati legújabb driverét, azt a verziót, amelyikhez van telepítő. A telepítés után megvolt a konfig, felül is írta rendesen az xorg.conf-ot. Most hogy tudnám megnézni, hogy sikeres volt-e a telepítés, és van-e rendes hardveres gyorsítás? (A tuxracer kegggyeeetlenül akad
)... Jah, a gépben Mobilty Radeon X600-van...
Más. Fentvan az Mplayer, de van vele egy kisebb gondom: fullscreen-nél nem hajlandó a videót kifeszíteni, így a viedó tényleges mérete mered úgy, ahogy volt...

A titok ami miatt nem ment, szimlpán az acer notinak köszönhető... A wlan rádiót több szintben kezeli, mint utólag kiderült, így kellett egy acerhk nevű progi, aminek segítségével be lehetett üzemelni a wlan gombot a notin, innentől kezdve már szinte minden ment elsőre...
Bár még nem sikerült megoldani, h az ndiswrapper, meg az acerhk bootolásnál betöltődjön, meg rögtön legyen is net meg minden... De hát már ez is valami, h netezni már tudok... -

Csomagból ment fel, csak nem tudom frissíteni mert még nem működik a net, szóval most forrásból kéne. Egyébként Kubuntu 5.10.
Ja mégegy kérdés, ha betöltöm a wlan kártya driverét az ndiswrapper-el, akkor a notin villognia kéne a wlan lednek/gombnak? Csak azért, mert nem teszi... Lehet hogy külön kéne még trüközzni, hogy be legyen kapcsolva a rádió? Dehát, már nem is tudom melyik config fájlban, de be van állítva, hogy enabled a rádió... -

Kálváriám a wlan kártyával nem ért véget, viszont új fejezettel bővült... Gondoltam telepítek, egy acerhk nevezetű progit, amely elvileg kezelné a wlan kari gombját, és ledjét. Viszont gond akadt a telepítéssel:

Szóval az ndiswrapper-t sikerült megoldani net nélkül apt-get-el... A gond most már a következő: betöltöm a win-es drivert, iwconfignál meg is jelenik a wlan0, azonban nem talál hálózatot. Így próbáltam: iwlist wlan0 scan. Próbáltam ezt is: iwconfig wlan0 essid 'GIGABYTE', de iwconfignál az essid ezután is ''off/any'' maradt... Volt már valakinek hasonló gondja? Én nem tudom, mit kéne csinálnom...

Most raktam fela gépre egy 5.10-es Kubuntu-t... A wlan kártyát alapból nem ismeri fel, tehát ndiswrapper + winfos driver... Igenám, de ahhoz telepíteni kéne az ndiswrapper-t... Root-ként a kozolban: make distclean -> erre: bash: make command not found

Hi all!
Szeretnék újra Linuxozni, azonban nem tudom, melyik disztribet válasszam... A Konoppix Live CD-vel kezdtem, majd volt debian woody, meg KUbuntu... Ez utóbbi kettővel az volt a gondom, hogy nagyon korlátozottak voltak a szoftverek... Ritkán frissítették a csomagokat (''a gyáriakat''), és volt, hogy nem találtam azt, ami nekem kellett volna...
Szal lécci ajánljatok nekem egy olyan disztribet, amihez sok elérhető szoftver van a neten, ingyenesen le lehet tölteni (Linket is írjatok lécci), és viszonylag gyorsan frissítik...

A telepítéshez indítani kell egy root shell-t majd van egy telepítő (knoppix-installer),
ez automatikusan keres egy ext3-as partíciót, majd a beállítások után fel is tolja a cuccot. Az elején meg is kérdezi, hogy akarom-e a lilo-t az mbr-be, és hiába mondom neki, h igen, b@**ik odarakni, és mint mondtam a boot floppy-t sem hozza létre...
Eccer még januárban sikerült felnyomnom, és működött is... (Akkor az Xp halt be)
De az egy régebbi verzió volt...

Valamikor, régebben, nekem is sikerült már feltenni a Lilo-t, de az régen volt...
Eccerűen nem megy a chroot...

és erre ilyenekkel fossa tele a terminált:
