Táp esetleg, de az is kizárva, mert Savanya 460W-os Chieftec tápja egy duálkóros CPUt több vinyót+optikait és egy X1800XT-t szolgált ki tuningolva. Magyarul ez a táp bőven elég lett volna. És mondom a VGA működött is, az Everest ki is mutatta az adatait, de nem volt hosszú életű az igaz. Mindenesetre, vettem egy 500W-os Seasonic tápot Templomegerétől, akinek egy X1900XT karija volt, szal most már tuti nem lehet a tápra fogni.

Erre válaszoltam, hogy már rég le lett tesztelve 2 különböző konfigban és detto a jelenség. Ja és a kérdésemre, hogy mi a rák az a T_FAULT piros LED, nem érkezett válasz. Marha jó.

Íme, ezt írtam:
Dear ATI CC,
When I power on the graphics card with the power cable attached, the T_FAULT red LED lightens up on the pcb, and the GPU fan is running at full speed. Chieftec 460W is the power supply I use which is above the minimum need. I've managed to install the driver then reboot, and then the encoder part of the driver. After the second reboot I wanted to see some 3DMark2003 scores, but in the Start menu -> programs, my monitor went blank and saying No Signal. After this, the red LED saying T_FAULT is always on and without VGA signal. I appreciate your help.

Küldtem az ATInak hibajegyet és vissza is jeleztek erre T_FAULT problémára.... ez elég LOL úgyhogy érdemes elolvasni:

If you are experiencing issues with the Catalyst Control Center

Application error - The application failed to initialize properly'',
verify that you have installed the Microsoft .NET component and
reinstall the Catalyst Control Center with out any Anti-virus or

* Go to add/remove programs in the control panel and uninstall all

* Reboot the computer
* Cancel any ''Found New Hardware Wizard'' windows that open
* Install the Catalyst suite by double clicking on the file that
you have downloaded
* Reboot the computer
