  " Now, there were two scenes, within the trailer, showing a police officer pulling over a street racer; the primary cut-scene (in the middle) and the secondary cut-scene (left and right). The primary scene drew skepticism, as to whether or not, it could have been scripted or an actual lively scenario. The fact this was shown again, according to the secondary cut-scene, amplifies the possibility, of there not only being a return of a fining system, but a cut-scene that comes with it as well (which hasn't been seen since Need for Speed: Hot pursuit 2 back in 2002). In tandem with this speculation, this can also hint the return of BUSTED cut-scenes, which were also shown, within the trailer. "
