    A #14-ben nem egy értelmezés volt a linkben, hanem maga a jogszabály. Szerintem az többet ér, mint az értelmezés. Elég gáz, hogy szeretett EU-s jogalkotóink a saját maguk által megszavazott szabályaikat nem olvassák el rendesen. Vagy csak gyógyszert vettek be fogalmazás ellen, és nem azt sikerült beleírni a törvénybe, amit szerettek volna. Mindegy, meglátjuk, mit hoz a jövő. Vagy csak kitolnak majd egy egyértelműsítő módosítást, hogy mindenkinek világos legyen, mire is gondolt a költő.

    Ha elolvassátok a lenti szöveget, az én amatőr szememmel is lehet kibúvót találni.

    Az én olvasatomban a manufacturert nem kényszeríti semmi egy új oprendszer (Android X+1) alkalmazására, csak a már alkalmazott oprendszer (Android X) frissítésére
    A manufacturer, importer, authorized rep != operating system provider megkülönböztetés itt elég fontos elválasztás a kötelezettségekben.

    from the date of end of placement on the market to at least 5 years after that date, manufacturers, importers or authorised representatives shall, if they provide security updates, corrective updates or functionality updates to an operating system, make such updates available at no cost for all units of a product model with the same operating system;

    the requirement referred to in point (a) shall apply both to operating system updates offered voluntarily by manufacturers, importers or authorised representatives and to operating system updates provided to comply with Union law;
