kiprobaltam a fentebb irt modszert hatha bejon a remote access - hat nem jott be...nem is latszik a gep a halon.
a fentebb irtak alapjan egyszeruen az egesz rendszerhez (vinyo) nem fer hozza maga a computer management, a regedit adatbazist se latja mert nem egyeznek meg a meghajto-nevek.
remek...van egy eredeti winfosom, van egy haldoklo vinyom, jelenleg meg nem veszett el semmi, siman le tudom menteni, csak eppen mukodokepes allapotban egy masik vinyora lehetetlen visszaallitani...
ezzel szivok 2 hete a faxkivan

Yes, even though this XP version has no WPA.
Found following in www.annoyances.org:
switched drives, formatted the old drive, and got this error. I booted up from a BartPE CD (google for that, don't have url handy) and loaded up regedit.
Once in there I highlighted local machine, and did a load hive. I loaded up c:\windows\system32\config\system and once in there I navigated to the MountedDevices key. Well, there's my P: drive staring back at me. So, I opened up that \DosDevices\P: key and did a Select All, Copy, and then cancelled out of there and opened up the \DosDevices\C: key. Then I did a Select All again, and Paste. Exit regedit, reboot, working. woot.
This worked very well, but after i changed the active Partition and again 0x80090006 occured.
After reboot the 0x80090006 Problem occured. I have a multi boot PC and if you encounter this problem try to look at your boot.ini bevor trying anything else. It worked fine for me, the boot partition was chanched to partition 5. As a maximum of 4 primary partitions are allowed it was clear.

Here's how I successfully cloned XP:
1) I installed WinRescue XP and backed up my Windows configuration
2) I created a partition the same size as my C drive with Partition Magic 5.0 (DOS)
3) I started XP and cloned by C drive
4) I did not let my computer restart, I disconnected my C drive and connected my new drive as the C drive (master)
5) I booted to DOS, ran Partition Magic and set the new partition as active
6) I rebooted to DOS ran WinRescueXP (wnresqxp.exe) and restored my backup
7) then I booted to Windows, no problems
One note, when you run WinRescue to restore you must put a floppy in the drive. It doesn't matter what's on the floppy. The program just searches for a floppy before it begins, and it will give error codes, but the process will complete successfully.
I hope this information helps someone

Ahogy nezem neten a forumokat egy csomoan belfutottak ugyan ebbe a csapdaba, azaz regi rendszer vinyo csere nagyobbra, majd ghost majd 0x80090006 msg...
vkinek a gdisk diskno /mbr segitett - nekem nem, vank akinek a winxp recovery konzol fixmbr, van akinek egy xxcopy nevu progival tortent klonozas segitett, de nalam minden hatastalan mert ezek mind abbol indultak hogy hogy a ''c'' akarom klonozni, egy masik vinyo elsodleges particiojara, hat igy ott vagyok ahol a aprt szakad mert nalam masodik particion van a rendszer, es az uj vinyon is oda kell tenni...grrr

Szepen be is bootol minden franko, de amint beloginolok azonnal kozli hogy aktivalasi gond szevasz es kilep. Safemodeban ugyan ez, semmit nem tudok csinalnai az agyam eldobom...
Ez mellesleg egy nem aktivalos winxp prof eng (ceges licenszcsomag reszekent csomo gepre felhuzhato stb..) sosem aktivaltam ez a hibauzenet is vmi baromsag amugy...de vmi megoldast kene talaltom, uhogy johet barmi amivel megoldhatom a system reinstall nelkul az egeszet, mert csak egy uj vinyot tettem a rendszerbe pontosan a regi helyere...
