  Dear consumers of KINGZONE Mobile Phone, we are sorry to inform you that we have to delay the Android 5.0 update for KINEZONE N3/N3 Plus/Z1 because the fingerprint identification system in the back just cannot update though we try it very hard. To solve this problem, we will replace the backside fingerprint recognizer with a brand-new finger-pressing sensor in KINGZONE Z1 Plus. We can finish the Android 5.0 Update after this replacement.
  We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you. We will choose better hardware and supplier in the future and try our best to make products that would satisfy every consumer.
