I personally am not aware of any cables that have existed with that high of resistance. It is substantial enough that it should be clearly communicated in marketing literature in my opinion.
  When resistance is that high, the interaction with the impedance of the speaker is significant. A 4 ohm speaker will see an average shelving of the output of about 3db, and could see a change from specification of over +/- 2db. It is large enough to cause a shift in cross-over points. Remember that shelving of the volume is equivalent to reducing the output of your amplifier by the same amount."
