    We are sorry to hear of the difficulties you are encountering with making
    payment and do regret the inconveniencies it may have caused you.
    After reviewing your account I can see that the payments you have been
    trying to make were denied by your credit card issuer.
    As the exact reason for rejection of your card has not been disclosed to us
    I would like to advise to contact the Online Authorisation Department of
    your card issuer for further clarification. They are in charge of
    transactions on PayPal, not the general customer service of your card
    issuer. The general customer service will only tell you what you already
    know: that your card has not expired yet and there is enough money for the
    transaction. However, they cannot tell you why it was rejected. Please
    confirm with the Online Authorisation Department the exact reason, as well
    as the limits on your card. They may have just been unavailable to
    authorise the transaction.
    I understand your frustration regarding this matter and regret any
    inconvenience it might have caused you.

    Ezek szerint nem a PayPal a hibás, hanem a kártya kibocsájtója? "Online Authorisation Department" ezt tudja valaki, hogy mi a búbánat itthon? :) Mert nem az ügyfélszolgálatra kell mennem azt írja Ike barátom.
