  For those who would like to know what is different in the latest kernel. This one has fixed permanent data dropping issue. It doesn't fix root cause of spi issue. There are still packets dropped but that doesn't brake network connection. I found with that fix, that network data drops usually happen when there are multiple connections with different sources. So if you are streaming online music and browsing websites, second task might not work as fluently as it should. I suspect that drops happened usually when android was syncing with different services (and was having gsm network unstable connection). I hope you can confirm that permenent drops are gone. This way we can call this issue no more fatal (but for future improvements) and move on with development.
