Kértem a OnePlus support-ot, hogy ellenőrizzék még egyszer - linkelve a gearbest oldalát - a készüléket, hogy vállalnak-e rá itt Európában garanciát. Az újabb válasz:

If the device is repaired by any chance it can get repaired by providing a valid proof of purchase while repair. I am sorry to inform you that we do not support international warranty for the device as the repair is region specific and would differ from one region to other. Érdeklődtem a OnePlus oldalán a gearbest-től vásárolt telefon garanciájával kapcsolatban. A következő választ kaptam az imént:

With reference to your issue, I would like to inform you that by checking upon your request as you said that you will get the device from China and. Please be noted if the device is purchased from China the device wont be able to support Google apps as they are banned in china. And for the repair the device can only be repaired in china because the repair components of the device is not available in other regions except then china. Since you live in Hungary as it is one of our serviceable region I see that the OnePlus 7T Pro is available in Hungary. Spigen tokot szeretnék majd tenni rá, de a 7T Pro-hoz nem találtam csak a 7 Pro-hoz. A 7T Pro és a 7 Pro között én csak annyi eltérést látok képeken, hogy az új hátoldalán a kamerák mellett balra van egy fekete valami. Az letakarható a tokkal, vagy valamilyen érzékelő lenne?
