  "Import Tax & VAT Insurance Policy
  1, For additional 5% of the total cost of the order value, Pandawill will cover any inccurred Import tax and VAT on this order. Customers could choose this coverage at the payment step when placing orders.
  2. When order arrives, if you get charged by the Customs on this order, please take a picture of the payment slip from the Customs and email to Pandawill, and Pandawill will pay you back on the full amount within 3 days (excluding holidays) of receiving your varified proof. The payment slip must contain the information which links the tax or VAT to the order or order content.
  3. This insurance applies to both Registered shipping (such as Singapore post, China post,TNT post, etc) and express parcels (such as DHL, Fedex, EMS, etc)
  4. The followinng countries are not covered:
  Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, French Guyana, Bosnia and Herzegovina, croatia."
