"I have a Gigabyte HD 6850 with the same problem. The DVI port that is right next to the HDMI and DP ports works with a D-Sub Adapter, but the DVI port on top (next to the ventilation grille) doesn't.
I tried connecting a second, older LCD also via D-sub at the same time, and it won't be recognized.
If I understand you guys correctly the DVI port next to the HDMI and DP works with anything; the DVI next to the ventilation grille, only works with a native DVI connection."

"I have 2 Acer V193W VGA monitor. By connecting one of the two monior the second DVI input, it is not detected by the video card.
Instead connecting the monitor of my friend, who has a DVI input, everything works.
I also have a TV connected via HDMI and it works"

Nem csak ti kuzdotok ezekkel a problemakkal. Az lcd tv-hez miert nem hasznalsz mondjuk hdmi kabelt?

mod.: Vagy akkor mas megoldas utan kell nezni. :(
