Sony Ericsson T303 - small and metallic

Data transfer, battery

We only have GPRS, not even EDGE, although this wouldn’t have been such a big thing to include in T303. Of course the handset is no browser champion, it doesn’t support HTML pages, we only have WAP 2.0. A surprising thing is, however, that there is Bluetooth 2.0 support, which is although not stereo, but I think no one will miss that at such a model.

There is a small, but powerful battery under the metal cover, its performance is 930 mAh and it’s of course a Lithium-Polymer. With this T303 takes it for 3-4 days without problems with one charge as there is no extra that would require too much power.

Summary? I have been only missing expandability but I’ve been missing that a lot. The music player would have some meaning with a memory card and so it could even be sued as an MP3 player. It was a pity to miss this, even though the main aspect is not the high number of features, but the high quality of materials.

It will probably not be worth it as an unlocked phone – just like most cheap Sony Ericssons –, but it could be good for high school girls or other women who don’t expect anything extra of a phone. I couldn’t say it’s a manly phone, although it wasn’t such a shame to have it with me…
