Summary: now probably everyone expects me to compare the phone with Nokia N95 and its 8 GB edition. It’s hard. The exterior is subjective, although it’s sure that G810 is better in terms of materials used, and I personally like it better no matter that it has a much more lumbering design. There are no problems with its features and speed, but gamers will probably miss the 3D accelerator chip, and those who are design fanatics would rather like a sleek and shiny gallery and menu system. Other parameters are quite similar, so we could say that this is great, but we can see that N95 has been on the market for more than a year now and thus it currently costs about €40 EUR less than Samsung’s new phone. Knowing this it can’t get a Recommended award, no matter it has no extreme flaws, and what’s more it’s very well assembled, it’s demanding, fast, smart and its camera is really great. And it has optical zoom which is still rare and will probably be so for a long time.
