GPS and applications
W705 has a built-in GPS receiver, and by default we have Google Maps to use. This requires data traffic on the network and on the other hand it cannot really be used for navigation as it can plan routes, but we will have no voice guide on the road. Photos can be geo-tagged, but not many people make use of this feature.
The handset has a gyroscope as well, this can come in handy in the Walkman application as we can control playback with shakes. Our tracks can be sorted by mood as well, so the daily playlist can match our current biorhythm. The Walkman application has the usual features, there’s nothing wrong with it.
There are five games on the phone, a Bowling, a ball shooter called Bubble Town and we have a Rock Guitar Tour which has some classical midi sounds, we can also play with Nitro Street Racing and the logic games are represented by Sudoku.
