GPRS and EDGE is to communicate with the world, but it’s not surprising in this segment. The default browser has no horizontal view, but it can brake the sites to page-width. For local data transfer, stereo Bluetooth and USB cable is available, officially both is version 2.0, but using Bluetooth, the transfer speed overstride 50KB/s.
The battery under the back is very forceless. Officially this is a BST-39 coded battery which has 950 mAh capacity, and it hardly could stand one and the half day. The usage was intensive, I waved a lot because of the Gesture Control, pushed the Braille-writing-like buttons a lot, listened to FM-radio, but this is that we do with all test phones, it’s not enough for a music phone.
Summarily I was agreeably disappointed, I expect no innovation from a Walkman phone, at the case of the W380i, I think, the important things remained, the camera was given no attention, so, if a good price will be associated to the phone, it can be successful. The form is fair, it has some individual stylemarks, that waving thing worth no crap, but it can play music well – after all, it’s Walkman. Because of the weakness of the battery and the earphones, it gets the recommended medal not, but:
