NTT DoCoMo will soon announce its latest series of cell phones, 906i. All six members of the family are going to have a WVGA (832 x 480 pixels) display. These models feature, besides the large display, HSDPA support and a 5 megapixel camera. P906i, which you can see on a separate picture too, supports 7.2 megabit HSDPA transfer, its 3.2" display can be opened in two directions, and its camera is a 5.1 Mpix one. N906i has only a 3" display, but in turn it's only 14 mm thick, N906iL is WiFi-capable, while F906i excels with its touchpad. N906iμ is a simpler phone, which has only a 3.2 MP camera. SO906i, designed by Sony Ericsson, has a swivel form factor and a 3" BRAVIA display, while its camera has a resolution of 5 megapixels, even if it's not a Cyber-shot. SH906i, made by Sharp, also has a rotatable cover and a 3.2" touchscreen, so it can be used even without buttons.
