NTT DoCoMo and wearable phones

Hirdetés

NTT DoCoMo has already announced several interesting solutions, many of which have become accessible in Europe too - even though only years later. The concept wearable on the head, developed by Frontier Technology Research Group is in a very early state, but it might bring about the revolution of touch-less control in a couple of years. The team of Dr. Masaaki Fukumotois developing such a solution that can recognize electrical signals created upon human eye motion and with its help we can easily control even the music player's volume, skip tracks, or it's easy to even "tell" the camera what should be in the photo's center. This solution makes no use of button controls at all, which might come in handy not only for the technocrats, but the range of eye-motion-controllable products might open up new dimensions for the disabled too. Products built on the current solution might be launched in Japan in a couple of years. It is not known when will similar devices be available in Europe, but we should be discussing this at the end of the next decade.
