This time the phone has no 3G support, the fastest available data transfer technology on the mobile network is EDGE. The rather simple HTML browser will be more than enough to make use of this. Here a higher resolution would be handy, but Samsung didn't design this phone (either) for web browsing. As for local networks we have stereo Bluetooth 2.0 support and we can use a USB cable for connecting our phone to our computer, if we're willing to buy one, as the package doesn't include such a thing.
The battery under the hood works better than in the case of J770, this might be due to the fact that this is a clamshell, and there's no external display either, so the metallic frying pan had no problems working for three days at average use.
In the summary I have to say unfortunately that Samsung has already done the big thing in this segment, which is L700. There isn't such a Samsung metallic phone at such a price which is so balanced in features like that one, all other ones are currently inferior. With S3600 they've managed to fill in a gap, as now they have a mid-range clamshell made of aluminum, but it has no external display, comes with lots of small bugs and it's still too expensive compared to the top one from the manufacturer.
