Philips Xenium series hasn't been famous for its multimedia capabilities, but for the long standby times. The 9@9q clamshell follows the tradition and provides one month of standby time. The handset's 9 hours of talk time is nothing extraordinary when compared to Sony Ericsson models and the 22 hours of music playback time is no record value either. The phone's main screen can display 262 thousand colors, while its external display can only show icons in order to warn the user of missed calls, incoming messages and the battery's level. The EDGE- and Bluetooth-capable clamshell has a microSD slot that supports cards of up to 2 GB in size, and this can come in handy for storing pictures and videos taken with the 1.3 megapixel camera. Xenium 9@9q, available in red and black, has a price around €125 EUR.
