Philips has recently announced its first "iPhone-like" handset, which has a huge touchscreen, just like Apple's phone. It looks like the stylus in the side of the handset is necessary for handling it, as not finger-control was the most important when designing it. According to the user manual on FCC's site, X800 is capable of up to 10 hours of talk time, or 1 month of standby time with 1 charge. Philips X800, supporting GPRS and EDGE, has a 240 x 400 pixels large touchscreen, a 2 MP camera, 70 MB of internal memory, a microSDHC slot, stereo FM radio, Word-, Excel-, PowerPoint- and PDF-viewer, along with Bluetooth support.
