Apple has announced its new iPhone 3G S handset at this year's Worldwide Developers' Conference, but we didn't know much about its full hardware specs until recently, as Apple only told everyone that applications can run at up to double speed, while JavaScript processing became about three times faster.

Thanks to the Dutch T-Mobile the full specs have been finally revealed. While the predecessor had a 412 MHz processor and 128 MB of internal memory, iPhone 3G S now features 256 MB of RAM and a 600 MHz CPU, which comes with an OpenGL ES 2.0 graphical accelerator. The new CPU is of course fully compatible with its predecessor, but the applications that make us of the larger internal memory of the advanced graphical features, won't be available for earlier models.
