According to Lazard Capital Markets, Apple is about to announce an iPhone with 32 GB of internal memory for North America and Europe this June. The analyst company got its information from the manufacturers of NAND memory chips, although we shouldn't forget that the American market packs its largest iPod Touch media players with this much memory. Many sources say that Apple will launch two-three different phones this year, one being a cheaper variant for Brasil, Russia and China and a physically smaller edition might be coming as well.
