Conservative design, simple lines, no show-offs. Thanks to these, many will like it. The gadget will be available in three color combinations: Vogue Red, Graphite Black and Exquisite Gold. We had the first one for testing.
The phone is quite a massive piece when closed, with it’s thickness of 15.5 mm it’s not a razor, but it’s still not bad. The cover is made of brushed aluminum, the central part of this is taken up by the OLED display disguised as a mirror (known from Z610 and Z750i), which shows the clock, battery charge level and signal strength by default, but this is where caller ID and missed calls are shown too. The brand is shown above the display and on the top the two megapixel, fix focus camera pops out, while on the bottom the model number and a red stripe (hiding the speaker) can be seen.
The bottom part of the phone is completely empty; the system connector is on the left, while the volume controls and the M2 card socket are placed on the right. The back of the device has a plastic cover, with a tiny logo on top; under this the brand name and the battery’s lid are placed. There can be no complaints about the handset’s mechanics; the sizable hinges keep the cover at its place.
