General Mobile announced their latest watch-phone, GM500, which reminds us of a bit oversized watch, with a metal strap. The watch has a 1.5" OLED touchscreen, 128MB of internal memory, which can be used as USB storage too. It is advisable to use a Bluetooth stereo headset for making calls, although it functions with a built-in handsfree too. The phone can be also used for music playback and it has a WAP browser too. The device with a size of 58.1 x 44.2 x 16.4 mm, weighs 142 grams and its 400 mAh battery offers 2 hours of talk-time and 80 hours of standby time. The GM500 watch-phone is expected to be available before June, at a price of 599 EUR.
