The launch of the Finnish manufacturer's "Comes With Music" service is not a failure, but it's far from being highly successful. One of the reasons is that the user's aren't informed enough and there aren't very much CWM models either. The service, providing unlimited music downloads for a year, is available only with the purchase of selected Nokia phones. The DRM-protected songs can be kept after the one-year period, but these can be played only on one computer and a Nokia phone, although the licence can be transferred once in a quarter year. Carphone Warehouse in England has further decreased the price of Nokia 5310 CWM in order to boost sales, so now it costs only 82.18 GBP. The Nokia Comes With Music service is currently available only in England and mostly on SIM-free handsets only. DRM copy protection has been accuse by a lot of people as being the reason for the lack of a groundbreaking success, although playing songs on a single computer and a phone don't mean a serious limitation for the average user. According to analysis the Finnish manufacturer could have a much higher success rate if they would offer CWM with other phones or as a stand-alone option.
