The first Google Android phone has been made by HTC, and has been first sold by American T-Mobile, but it is already available in England as well. The phone will spread slowly, but according to Digitimes it will only come in the first half of 2009 to Asia, so up to a half a year of wait is left. The success of the Android handset is crucial for HTC, at least according to previous reports it means lots of income for the company. HTC has started shipping HTC Touch 3G and Touch HD this month in different regions. Touch HD, equipped with a huge WVGA display, is expected to become available before the end of the year in Taiwan.
