Google's Android OS, although it's completely based on touchscreen use, doesn't yet have a full virtual keyboard, in terms that currently the Cupcake keyboard cannot be officially installed on T-Mobile G1 and HTC Dream yet. A spokesperson for T-Mobile has reported that the April firmware update will include the virtual keyboard, although T-Mobile G1 has a full QWERTY keyboard as well. An easy to use virtual keyboard is very important in the case of touchscreen-based phones, although the real physical keys and pressure feedback cannot be replaced by any handset yet.
