    Can you choose reason "Personal Reason" or "Shipping method was not as described" to open dispute for asking refund?
    Could you do us a favor and open dispute as following steps to get refund, please?
    Step 1: Open dispute, choose “Only refund"
    Step 2: Choose dispute reason" Buyer don't like it or buyer no longer need it or buyer find others cheaper" or "Shipping method was not as described" ( Any buyer personal reason is fine!!!)
    Step 3: Contact us to pay you back directly, thank you!
