Toshiba TG01 in Germany at first

Toshiba's multimedia super-monster has been announced at Mobile World Congress in February, featuring a 1 GHz Snapdragon CPU, a 4.1" touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and a thickness of only 9.9 mm, but the manufacturer still promises a standby time of 11 days. According to the press release the handset, based on Windows Mobile and the Stripes user interface, will only be available through network operators. In Germany the handset will be available exclusively from O2, so exclusive sales contracts are possible, just like in the case of Apple iPhone. The network operator didn't yet reveal how much will Toshiba TG01 cost, but it's sure that it is expected to be launched this summer.
