According to this list, the manufacturer's new flagship, the Xperia, would only be launched next spring, which is a huge delay compared to the original date that specified the second half of this year as a time of launch.
The news swept through all leading mobile phone sites, we published it too, as it had an official source. Since then the Unofficial Sony Ericsson Blog published a statement, in which Aldo Liguori, corporate vice president of the PR department, said that Sony Ericsson will be launching the phone at the originally announced date. At the same time the list disappeared, its place is now empty, although it also showed that the G series will be available on the market in summer, while the R series will only hit stores in the middle of the year. We hope that the corrected list will soon get back to its place, on which X1's release date will also be written properly.
