Motorola has officially announced its previously uncovered PDA-phone, which is much more impressive on press photos than on previous spy pics, but the huge space under the 2.8", 240 x 320 pixel display still looks strange. MOTOSURF, based on Microsoft Windows 6.1 Professional, has a 3 megapixel autofocus camera, a GPS receiver, 128 MB RAM, 256 MB Flash memory and a microSD slot, allowing memory expansion up to 32 GB. The phone also features a highly customizable user interface that is easy to use with a finger. The interface has such services like weather forecast, business and private emailing and tracking of upcoming events. The handset, equipped with a quad-band GPRS/EGE and a tri-band HSDPA receiver, strangely has no WLAN support besides USB 2.0 and Bluetooth. Motorola A1300, sporting a 1170 mAh battery, which provies up to 6.8 hours of talk time, has a size of 110 x 59.7 x 13.7 mm, it weighs 119 grams and is expected to launch before March at an unknown price.
