American Verizon Wireless has officially unveiled its latest LG phones, of which we already had most information available. The three new devices, coming in June-July, are made for Verizon's CDMA-based network, so they won't be available in Europe. The elegant and slim LG Dare, equipped with a huge touchscreen, has a 3.2 megapixel camera that can be used in darker environments too. We can edit the pictures on the phone, and then they can be instantly shared online. Besides these the handset can receiver 3G V CAST video broadcasts. The satin-like LG Decoy has a special feature: a Bluetooth headset embedded in the back part of the phone, which doesn't make only transport easier, but pairing and charging are also simpler due to direct physical contact. In other terms, LG Decoy, coming on June 16, has the almost same features as Dare. The clamshell LG Chocolate 3 is primarily a musical phone. Thanks to the navigation dial it is very easy to handle the music player, and thanks to the built-in FM transmitter it's easy to listen to it via a conventional car radio, but of course stereo Bluetooth and built-in stereo handsfree support are also present. Chocolate 3, coming in July, has V CAST 3 support, an internal memory that can be expanded with a microSD card of up to 8 GB in size, thus providing enough storage space for music and pictures and videos taken with the 2 megapixel camera.
