The brand Kyocera is not widely known in Europe, as they primarily make CDMA phones for the American and Japanese market. The FCC site has posted some pictures of a new, low-end Kyocera phone marked S1600. An interesting feature of the phone is its slimness, which hasn't been characteristic for the manufacturer's phones before. The handset has a dual-band GSM module (850/1900 MHz), and we can see a built-in camera on the photo below. Kyocera has no plans for entering the European market.
