HTC has officially uncovered its latest PDA phone with a huge touchscreen. HTC Touch HD, equipped with a 3.8-inch, 800 x 480 pixels large touchscreen has a 528 MHz Qualcomm CPU inside, 512 MB Flash memory, 288 MB RAM, a microSD slot and Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional with TouchFLO 3D. The handset of course has WLAN, Bluetooth and GPS too. Besides the dual-band 7.2 megabit HSPA, there is quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support too. HTC Touch HD, equipped with an 1350 mAh battery, is 115 x 62.8 x 12 mm large, weighs 146.4 grams, but its launch date and price are unknown.
