BenQ has announced their first browsing-oriented device in this February at Mobile World Congress. The device with a 4.8", 800 x 480 pixels large screen , as opposed to Nokia's internet tablets, doesn't support only WLAN, but HSDPA too, but it doesn't have a real, physical keyboard. The internet tablet, called MID Aries2, has also won the IDEA 2008 award, as it provides the most intuitive mobile browsing experience thanks to its Free Surf UI user interface. The handset, which has gravitational sensors too, can minimize the browser window at a shake. BenQ's mobile browser is expected to be launched in Europe before September, at an estimated price of $800 USD.
