BenQ announced its devices specialized for mobile browsing at Mobile World Congress. Eliminating the mistakes of Nokia N810 they managed to made an unexceptionable device. As it is well-known, Nokia N810 has two serious mistakes: it can only connect to the internet through WLAN networks or by using a phone, and the 800 pixels wide can be too small to browse standard sites. BenQ recognized these defects correctly and made its own MID (Mobile Internet Device) with HSDPA support besides WLAN, and equipped it with a 4.8 inches touchsreen. It's resolution is 1024x600 pixels. The core of the device is an Intel Silverthorne processor based on Menlow platform. It also has a built-in webcamera as the Finnish competitor, but the QWERY keyboard is unfortunately missing. The exact coming date and the price of the device is currently unknown.
