Sony Ericsson has recently extended its range of handsets, F305 being the representative of a completely new category of gaming phones. The most powerful features of F305 are not its 176 x 220 pixels display and its 2 megapixel camera with fixed focus, but the gaming experience and its price. Although the handset has no 3D accelerator, but this would be almost useless for such a display. There is however a gravity sensor, game control keys above the display and advanced JAVA support, which makes the phone a gaming device with an accessible price for youngsters.
Sony Ericsson J132 is not a very ambitious mobile. The display, that reminds of days long gone, and the lack of a camera are evident signs of the phone being a low-end device. The elegant design and the FM radio, however, might be enough for those who use their phones primarily for phone calls.
