Sony Ericsson has again warned its investors that the decrease in demand for their mid- and high-end models will have a negative effect on the company's financial results. In addition to the reduced demand the delay of the new models' launch is also favors other manufacturers. According to preliminary estimations of the company they have sold about 24 million handsets during Q2, which is although more than in the first quarter, but the average handset price has further decreased, from €121 EUR to €115 EUR. The Japanese-Swedish company will have its official report on Q2 2008 on July 18.
