Nokia N97 coming at the end of March

Although the Finnish manufacturer has revealed only that Nokia N97 is coming in the first half of 2009, the handset with a huge touchscreen can already be pre-ordered at Play.com, with shipping on March 31. According to Boy Genius Report the site usually displays correct launch dates, although some minor differences should be expected. The launch in the United States is expected only after the European premiere, as Nokia still gives preference to citizens of the old continent. Nokia N97, featuring a 3.5", 640 x 360 pixel resolution touchscreen display, QWERTY keyboard, a 5 megapixel autofocus camera, WLAN, GPS and stereo Bluetooth support, a stereo FM radio, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and an HSDPA module, can be pre-booked for 479 GBP (about 520 euros).
