Nokia 5800 cheaper in India

The first Series 60 Touch mobile phone from the Finnish manufacturer, Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, had some difficulties in production, as the late-2008 launch has been delayed in many countries, and where it has been launched, it came at a much higher price than the original €279 EUR. Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, having a 3.2", 640 x 360 pixel touchscreen display, a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera, 8 GB of memory, GPS and WLAN, HSDPA and stereo Bluetooth support has been planned to launch in 2008 in India, but it has become available only this year at a price of 22.000 Indian rupees (about 315 euros). The phone is now available for booking at the official Nokia website and comes packed with a Sennheiser headphone as a gift.
